When Is The Registration Deadline?
Youth Pastors, although there is no official deadline, we ask that you please have your group registered and paid in full no later than July 12th, 2011. This will help us to have a smoother registration process.
What Does Registration Cover?
The cost of registration is $150 if you register before May 1st. After May 1st, registration is $175 and it covers secure student housing from Tuesday evening through Saturday morning. It also covers breakfast, lunches and dinner Wednesday through Friday, as well as all administrative expenses.
Also each participant will receive an official War Week 2011 T-shirt, War Week devotional packet and personalized I.D. badge. Not to mention access to some of the greatest teaching, training, and worship experiences anywhere!
What Is The Student To Teacher Ratio?
The ratio is one adult leader per eight students.
Are There Any Qualifications For Students?
Yes! Students must demonstrate leadership ability and initiative and considerable maturity in order to participate in War Week. A student’s War Week eligibility is entirely at the discretion of their Youth Pastor.
Is Transportation Taken Care Of During War Week?
Youth groups are asked to bring their own vehicles such as busses or passenger vans for the week. There is limited transportation that can be made available for groups that are flying in. Please contact our office to discuss details if your group will need transportation. Students traveling independently of a group should contact our office to see if transportation arrangements can be made for them.

Each student attending War Week is asked to bring at least one new back pack filled with the following school supplies. Church groups are encouraged to get your congregations and/or youth ministries involved so that we can have enough back packs for every child that we will minister to through block parties and sidewalk carnivals.
